I have a 2024 Toyota Tacoma TRD Offroad with the 2.4 L turbo. I purchased the Stillen 3 inch axle dump off road cat back system and the ram air kit. In combo with bigger boost tubes bigger 58 mm turbo, BOV, Pedal Commander and JDM stage 3 tune. The Tacoma breathes so much better and the race exhaust sounds great, not obnoxious like when people just cut off the muffler. I'm really happy with the performance and how quick it shipped. My GF just got the new Toyota 4Runner TRD Offroad and I plan on getting her the same set up.
Exhaust was easy to install and sounds great. A good edition to my truck!
Installed 6/9/25. Both products installed very easily. I worked alone. Exhaust went more smoothly as I cut the factory exhaust just before it went over the rear axle. I purchased the rear axle dump option. It is much louder than I expected. I intend to drive it for a while to see if it breaks ME in. The intake went well too. The performance increase is noticeable indeed. I waited a week, then retightened all the hardware.
Quick shipping! Installation instructions were clear and easy to follow. I was able to remove and install the new exhaust myself. Getting the old exhaust pipe over the rear axle was a little challenging due to clearance. I used the vehicle car jack to lift the driver side rear tire off the ground and dropped down the spare tire to get that piece out. Install of the new exhaust went very quick. Start to finish was about 1 hour. New exhaust system sounds so much better than the factory. Cold start is a little noisier but it tapers down quickly. Nice mellow tone without overdoing the interior noise. I am very glad I went with the Stillen!
The minute I started it after getting it installed I loved the roadie and meteor sound and it was definitely not overdone. It's the perfect amount. I love being able to hear my RPMs go up and down and it's not too drone by any means I also noticed a little bit more Kick when driving it.
