Exhaust came extremely well packaged. Probably enough stuffing paper to Christmas presents for the next 3 years.
The install of the system would have been pretty easy if it actually fit a crew max with 6.5ft bed. Manifold pipes to muffler were short about 16inches.
That said, customer service was very quick and responsive to offer a few options. Return for full refund, stillen to pay for custom install at a local shop, or reimburse me for materials.
I chose the reimbursement of materials. Given I was mid install of the system.
Reimbursement came within 24 hours of me sending in the materials receipt.
Overall I like the fit, finish and sound from the new Exhaust. This is my first 6 cylinder Exhaust. So I'm not exactly sure of the sound I was anticipating.
