See How STILLEN Engineers and Manufactures Performance Sway Bars
STILLEN manufactures a wide range of performance parts for domestic and import vehicles alike. Every set of STILLEN sway bars is influenced by founder Steve Millen's championship-winning racing experience and deep understanding of chassis dynamics. That expertise shapes suspension parts that are genuinely engineered for each specific vehicle application, not just adapted from a generic design. We wanted to show you what actually goes into making a set of STILLEN sway bars, so we put together our own behind-the-scenes manufacturing video to give you an inside look at the process from start to finish.
Everything you see in the video is manufactured right here in Costa Mesa, California -- truly Made in the USA.

Performance anti-roll bars (sway bars) are a foundational component of any serious suspension setup. They connect the left and right sides of the suspension together and work to control body roll, improve weight transfer management, and deliver a more balanced, composed handling experience through corners.

A stiffer sway bar generally pushes the vehicle toward understeer at that axle, while a softer bar encourages oversteer. This makes sway bar selection and adjustability a powerful and relatively affordable tool for dialing in the handling balance of your car to match your driving style -- whether you are setting up for track days, canyon carving, or just improved day-to-day road feel.

STILLEN has been designing and manufacturing sway bars in-house for more than 20 years. In that time, we have also taken on private-label manufacturing for some of the largest suspension brands in the performance aftermarket industry, and have produced sway bars for OEM vehicle programs as well. That manufacturing depth and quality control expertise is what gives us the confidence to stand behind every set of STILLEN performance sway bars we ship.
In addition to sway bars, STILLEN designs and develops complete suspension packages for street, track, and off-road applications. The bottom line: you can buy and install STILLEN sway bars with confidence, knowing they are designed by racers, engineered by professionals, and built in-house in the USA.
